It’s easy to get started using homeopathy at home. You don’t need to be an expert in anatomy, physiology, or pharmacology. You only need to be able to observe your and your family’s symptoms and any changes you might see in those symptoms.

Gas

Gas is uncomfortable, unpleasant, and can be somewhat embarassing. Consider one of the remedies below to help alleviate your gas symptoms.

  • Carbo vegetabilis: stomach fills up with gas, no matter what is eaten; repeated belching.
  • Chincona (China) or Nux vomica: stomach feels full of gas that won’t come up or go down; midsection feels distended.
  • Lycopodium: feeling of fullness after only small amounts of food; belt feels too tight; rumbling of gas and discharge.
