The Homeopathic Treatment of Autistic Patients

The Homeopathic Treatment of Autistic Patients
Speaker: Alex Bekker, MD

Date: Sunday, April 10, 2016
Time: 1:30 AM - 3:30 PM

 Credits: TBD
Recorded Session

Session Description:

In this talk we will go over what autism is, its known and possible etiology, prevalence, the orthodox treatment and the alternative treatments.

First we will examine the pathognomonic symptoms of autism.  Then using case presentations we will examine the striking, extraordinary, unusual, and oddly characteristic symptoms which lead to the precise choice of remedy in each case.

The classification of the autistic patient is based on the observation of the sensitivity and behavior of the patient. From the homeopathic prospective autistic patients may be classified into active and passive categories.  We will discuss these categories, identify remedies common to each type, go over the individual characteristics of each remedy, and review case studies.

I will emphasize the striking, extraordinary, unusual and characteristic symptoms which differentiate one autistic person from another so that individualistic treatment may be applied successfully.
