Help NCH and You Can Win a $125 Gift Card!

June 7, 2016

The National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) wants to identify and understand the current and future needs of the homeopathic community. To help build this understanding, NCH is collecting information through a survey of NCH members, community supporters, and partners about how NCH can more deeply impact the homeopathic community. NCH would like to hear from homeopathic consumers, practitioners, and vendors to learn how we organization are meeting and can continue to meet the needs of the homeopathic community. The goal of the survey is to learn what works well and what can be improved about NCH’s activities.

We hope that you will help us in this effort by clicking on the web link below and completing a brief online survey about your experience with homeopathy and with NCH. Your input is important to help guide NCH’s current and future activities, and we hope that you will take the time to click the link and complete the survey. The online survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

Here is the link to the survey:

You do not have to do any preparation for the survey; we are simply interested in your thoughts and opinions about homeopathy and NCH. You will have the opportunity to provide your name and contact information at the end of the survey to indicate that you are interested in participating in a follow-up telephone interview. If you provide this information, your name and contact information will be associated with your survey responses; otherwise, your answers are strictly confidential and will not be linked to your name.

To thank you for your help, each respondent who completes the survey will be entered into a raffle to win a $125 gift card.

The survey will be closed on July 1, 2016 (11:59pm). We request that you please access and complete the survey before that date so that we can include your responses in our findings.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact:
