Ledum palustre relieves swelling and itching of mosquito bites, especially when taken during times of exposure (dawn and dusk).
Warning and Information
Use Ledum palustre prior to exposure to decrease the swelling and itching. To prevent superinfections, avoid scratching the wound. If a mosquito bite seems to be associated with more serious symptoms, such as fever, severe headache, body aches, nausea and vomiting, see a doctor. These symptoms may indicate West Nile fever or malaria--if you live or travel in an area in which malaria is endemic--or another infection.
Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue before exposure, or 3 times a day. Decrease frequency with improvement.
