Here at NCH we use a third party platform, ConstantContact, for important mass membership notifications, newsletters and event marketing.
Sometimes NCH messages sent via ConstantContact will arrive in your Promotions tab or Junk/Spam folders. Make sure to check these other locations and redirect our emails to your primary Inbox.
If you have reached this page then you have likely been notified that you previously unsubscribed to NCH’s ConstantContact mass emails. Due to anti-spam laws, once you unsubscribe, your email address cannot be added back to our email list by us, however, you may “re-subscribe” yourself by following ConstantContact’s multi-step process shown below.
STEP 1. Visit the the re-subscribe link HERE
STEP 2. After clicking sign-up, you will be sent to a page to confirm that you would like to receive a re-subscribe link to to your email address by clicking the submit button.
STEP 4. Retrieve the re-subscribe message sent to your email address. The subject line of the email will be “Update your profile”. Within the email message click the “Update your profile Button”. Note: Be sure to check your promotions tab or spam/junk folder if the automated message doesn’t appear in your inbox.
STEP 5. Confirm your email, first name, last name, choose “I wish to continue receiving occasional mailings based on my interests.” and click the Update profile button.
The screen should then confirm with a thank you message:
